This indenture dated December 22, 1938 between John Connelly of Victory Mills and Anna Cross of Bronx, New York parties of the first part and Myra S. Davis, Comm. of Public Welfare, Saratoga County parties of the second part. Parties of the first part for $1 fee paid for by the party of second part for old age relief assistance for property so described in the town of Old Saratoga , village known as Smithville.
