Bradt, his wife as tenants by the entirely dated March 31,1920, recorded April 8, 1920 Saratoga County, New York in Liber 307, of deeds, at page 568 and examined by John F. Hennessy, clerk. This indenture dated March 31, 1920, between Ranson Pink and Laura W. Pink, his wife of the village and town of Stillwater, Saratoga County, New York, of the first part, and John H. Bradt and Anna E. Bradt, his wife as tenants by the entirely and not as joint tenants or tenants in common, parties of the second part. Said parties of the first part in consideration of $1400.00 to them in hand paid by the parties of the second part for property described in the village and town of Stillwater.
