Deed warranty between John Connelly and Anna Gross to Elmer G. Bogle , Commissioner of Public Welfare, Saratoga County, dated October 10, 1940. Recorded in Saratoga County on April 11, 1941 in liber 407 of deeds page 399, examined by Eugene C. Brundige, clerk. This indenture made of October 10, 1940 between John Connelly of Victory Mills, Saratoga County and Anna Gross, Bronx, New York parties of the first part and Elmer G. Bogle, Comm. of Public Welfare, Saratoga County, party of the second part. For $1.00 paid by the second party to the first party for old age relief furnished to John Connelly in regard to property so described in the hamlet of Smithville, Town of Saratoga. Signed by John Connelly before Harry E. Willams, notary public on October 10, 1940 in Saratoga County and signed by Anna Gross before Louise Megilow, notary public in Bronx County, on February 3, 1941. Along with deed is a School Tax bill from Town of Saratoga dated June 29, 1938 to John Connelly. |
