Wylie, husband and wife, town of Ballston Spa, Saratoga County, the second part. Said party of the first part in consideration of $1.00 and other goods and valuable considerations, paid by the parties of the second part do hereby grant and release unto parties of the second part properties so described in the town of Ballston, Saratoga County.
