This indenture made on January 10, 1942 between Leila Simmons of Ballston Lake, New York, Carl Carson of Ballston Spa, New York, heirs at law and next of kin of John W. Carson, deceased of the first part and Elmer G. Bogle , Comm. of Public Welfare, Saratoga County of the second part. Party of the first part in consideration of old age relief furnished to John W. Carson, father of the first part in regard to property so described in the town of Clifton Park. Signed by Leila Simmons and Carl R. Carson before Charles B. Connely, notary public, Saratoga County on January 10, 1942. |
