Early deed between Joseph Beck and Crean Brush both of New York City. Land involved was on east side of Lake Champlain in Albany County (township by the name of Deerfield) for the sum of 25 pounds, being one half part of Joseph Beck's thirty-fifth part of 35,000 acres. Framed.

Land was believed to be in dispute between the states of Vermont and New York.
